It consists of an outer bottle and an inner bottle that can be rotated. The outer bottle is decorated in blue and white with openwork windows through which the pastel fish algae pattern on the inner bottle can be seen. The inner bottle depicts goldfish, algae and lotus flowers in pastels with gilt detailing to present a dynamic and beautiful scene.
