储秀宫始建于明永乐年间，初名寿昌宫，是明清后妃居住之地。嘉靖十四年（1535 年）更名为储秀宫，清顺治十二年（1655 年）进行过重修。慈禧太后曾在此居住，对宫廷瓷器的烧制有一定影响，长颈瓶造型通常线条流畅，比例协调，瓶身修长，颈部纤细，腹部圆润饱满，整体造型端庄优美，体现了清代瓷器造型的规整性和艺术性。Chu Xiu Palace was first built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, originally named Shouchang Palace, and was the residence of Ming and Qing imperial concubines. In the 14th year of the Jiajing reign (1535), it was renamed Chuxiu Palace, and underwent renovation in the 12th year of the Shunzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1655). Empress Dowager Cixi once lived here and had a certain influence on the firing of palace porcelain. The shape of the long necked vase is usually smooth in lines, coordinated in proportion, with a slender body, a slender neck, and a round and full belly. The overall shape is dignified and beautiful, reflecting the regularity and artistry of Qing Dynasty porcelain design.
