The Qing Yongzheng enamel pink dragon patterned plum vase is an outstanding representative of porcelain production during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. First, high-quality porcelain clay is selected to customize the base in Jingdezhen, and the white base is fired smooth and oily. Then, the glaze is applied by condensation method, and the painted white base is fired at around 300 degrees. After taking it out, it is blown with water yellow glaze, and the bottom glaze is accurately removed by backlighting method to leave the required pattern. Finally, it is filled with color and gold by palace painters and fired in the kiln. First, use arsenic containing "glass white" as a base to give the picture a soft texture. Then, use powder paint for painting. By controlling the thickness of the paint and the firing temperature, the colors can produce variations in intensity and brightness, achieving a delicate, soft, and delicate artistic effect. The dragon pattern on the bottle is the finishing touch, and the painter uses exquisite skills to depict dragons with various shapes, such as soaring through clouds and mist, hovering and dancing. The dragon head is huge, the eyes are wide open, the hair and beard are fluttering, the bow body is open, the arms are majestic and majestic, the dragon scales are delicate and realistic, and the dragon claws are sharp and powerful, fully demonstrating the majesty and agility of the dragon. Breaking away from the flamboyant style of the Kangxi period, it is known for its exquisite paintings and elegant colors, showcasing the superb porcelain making skills and aesthetic taste of the Yongzheng Dynasty, representing the highest level of porcelain art at that time.
