玉溪窑位于云南玉溪市，是除景德镇之外的中国第二大青花瓷策源地。1960 年玉溪窑青花瓷窑址被发现，经科学考古发掘证明，玉溪窑是元末明初除景德镇外最早烧造青花瓷的窑口之一，与江西景德镇、浙江江山同为元明时期烧造青花瓷的三大产地，常见的有撇口、短颈、溜肩、深腹、至足收敛、圈足的样式，也有直口外翻、溜肩鼓腹等造型，整体造型较为规整，部分器型较为丰满厚重，符合当时的审美和实用需求，一般施青釉，青釉是加入草木灰和石灰水的混合釉，釉中含铁量H，釉色灰亮。由于受到钴料淘洗技术的局限，钴料中铁、锰比例H，因此青花呈蓝黑或清灰的特点。Located in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, Yuxi Kiln is the second largest source of blue and white porcelain in China after Jingdezhen. Green glaze is a mixed glaze with plant ash and lime water, the iron content in the glaze is high, and the glaze color is gray and bright. Due to the limitations of cobalt washing technology, the proportion of iron and manganese in cobalt is high, so the blue and white are blue-black or gray-clear.
