此枚钱币为清代末期云南省（简称“滇”）铸造的流通货币，属《大清铜币》统一币制下的地方变体。正面中央为阴刻“滇”字（代表云南），上缘镌“大清铜币”及干支纪年（如“丙午”“己酉”等），左右分列“户部”二字，下缘标明面值“当制钱二十文”；背面为统一设计的户部蟠龙图案，龙纹威严，外圈环英文“TAI-CHING-TI-KUO COPPER COIN”（大清帝国铜币），体现晚清币制改革的标准化尝试。 该币铸于光绪至宣统年间（1906—1911年），红铜材质，机制成型。因云南地处边陲，铸量相对稀少，“滇”字版二十文存世量较少，兼具地方货币特色与历史价值，是研究清末金融体系及边疆经济的重要实物。（This coin was minted in circulation in Yunnan Province (Yunnan) at the end of the Qing Dynasty and is a local variant of the unified currency system of the Great Qing Copper Coins.
