周永基，字锡咸，号四忽先生。1934年生，湖北省红安人。现为中国书法家协会会员，湖北省书协副主席，武汉市书协名誉主席，武汉市文史研究馆馆员，H级工艺美术师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。是一位享有盛誉的书法家，他的书法作品风格独特，融合了传统与创新，尤其以行草和隶书见长。他的作品多次入选全国、省、市书法展，并在各类报刊杂志上发表。展现了他深厚的艺术功底和独特的艺术风格。王维的《相思》诗是表达相思之情的经典之作，许多书法家都曾书写过这首诗。Zhou Yongji, the word Xixian, Mr. Sihu.
