天珠最早出现在印度河谷，约公元前2500年至1600年间，后来在唐朝以前的时期在西藏地区得到广泛使用。考古发现：在中国，天珠的考古发现包括陕西省咸阳博物馆所展示的早期天珠，以及青藏H原首次考古出土的天珠。Dzi first appeared in the Indus River Valley, between about 2500 and 1600 BCE, and was later widely used in Tibet before the Tang Dynasty. Archaeological discoveries: In China, archaeological finds include early dzi on display at the Xianyang Museum in Shaanxi Province, as well as the first archaeological excavation of dzi on the Tibetan Plateau.
