This Ming Dynasty Xuande Nian made gilded Prajnaparamita Sutra Chi Dragon Ear Aromatherapy Burner has a unique shape, exquisite craftsmanship, and precious materials. It is made of refined copper through "wind grinding and twelve refining". The furnace body is circular with four elephant feet, symbolizing "the sky is round and the earth is square, the four directions stand upright, and the country is forever stable". The furnace body is carved with the "Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra" in regular script, with raised characters and exquisite 268 characters using shallow relief and ground carving techniques. The characters are neat and dignified, with precise and elegant strokes. In addition, the craftsmanship is superb, and the color is smooth and golden, making it particularly beautiful and pleasing to the eye. It can be called the masterpiece of a master calligrapher. This furnace is made entirely of wind polished copper tribute from the Siamese region, weighing 3731 grams. The eggplant skin is purple in color, with a crisp and pure metallic sound. The furnace cover and bottom have green rust spots, which have been worn down by time and still contain golden light, exuding a dignified and dignified atmosphere. The ears of the furnace are like war spears, with two dragons on top and a phoenix on the bottom, symbolizing the supreme status of the "king" and the happy and blissful life of "dragon and phoenix harmony". The furnace cover is decorated with five lotus flowers, carved with hollow carving and heavy gold plating. The five lotus flowers embody the meaning of the Buddha in the heart, known as the "Lord of Ninety Five". The stove lid button is presented in a lotus leaf shaped gilded design, symbolizing the exemplary values of "a king, clean and honest, and a cultured heart". The bottom of the furnace is engraved with the six character regular script of "Da Ming Xuan De Nian Zhi". Even after years, the golden light still lingers, and the majesty and solemnity are seamlessly integrated. It fully demonstrates the noble status and power symbol of the emperor, and belongs to the highest pursuit of the religious and cultural connotation of the palace's "Cultivation of the Heart and Enlightenment".
