五龙天球瓶作为中国清代瓷器中的经典品类，以其独特的造型和精湛的装饰工艺闻名遐迩。其整体造型为小口、直颈、丰肩、球形腹，腹下内收且有圈足，因其瓶腹圆如天体星球，故而得名“天球瓶”。在工艺方面，五龙天球瓶多运用青花、粉彩、斗彩等主流瓷绘技法。青花品种借助钴料描绘龙纹，色彩浓艳明快，纹饰层次清晰；粉彩则通过釉上彩的渲染晕染，让龙纹更具立体感与色彩过渡的柔和美感，且常搭配金彩来勾勒轮廓，增添华贵气质；斗彩品种将釉下青花与釉上五彩相结合，营造出釉下与釉上色彩的对比和呼应效果，使纹饰更为丰富细腻。As a classic category of Chinese porcelain from the Qing Dynasty, the Five-Dragon Globular Vase has long been renowned for its distinctive shape and exquisite decorative craftsmanship. Its overall form features a small mouth, a straight neck, full shoulders, a spherical belly that tapers inward below and terminates in a ring foot. It derives its name "globular vase" precisely from the celestial sphere-like roundness of its belly. In terms of craftsmanship, the Five-Dragon Globular Vase mostly adopts mainstream porcelain painting techniques such as blue and white, famille-rose and doucai. For the blue and white variety, cobalt pigment is used to depict dragon patterns, yielding rich, bright colors and well-defined layers of decorative motifs. The famille-rose variety employs overglaze color shading and gradation to endow the dragon patterns with stronger three-dimensionality and the soft beauty of smooth color transitions; it is also often accented with gold paint to outline the contours, enhancing its elegant and luxurious charm. The doucai variety combines underglaze blue and white with overglaze polychrome, creating a striking contrast and harmonious coordination between the underglaze and overglaze colors, thus rendering the decorative motifs more rich and delicate.
