主体为圆形玉璧，边缘采用花瓣状（葵口）轮廓，中间设圆孔，符合传统玉璧“天圆地方”的礼器形制；璧面雕刻双兽（推测为螭龙、瑞兽类）纹样，辅以卷云纹装饰，兽纹姿态灵动、布局对称，是古代“祥瑞祈福”文化的直观体现。工艺上采用浅浮雕技法，线条圆润流畅，体现了高古玉（推测为汉代及以前）的典型雕刻风格；玉质呈现自然沁色与包浆，是器物经长期流传或埋藏形成的岁月特征，也是高古玉年代与真伪的重要参考依据。This ceremonial jade disc (bi) features a circular form with a distinctive foliate (petal-shaped) rim​ and a central aperture, adhering to the traditional ritualistic cosmology symbolizing "Heaven is round, Earth is square"​ (tian yuan di fang). The surface is adorned with a pair of stylized beasts (possibly chi dragons​ or auspicious creatures) depicted in dynamic, symmetrical poses amidst cloud-scroll patterns, embodying ancient beliefs in divine protection and blessings. Crafted using low-relief carving​ techniques, the sculpted motifs exhibit smooth, rounded contours and fluid lines, characteristic of jade work predating the Han Dynasty (e.g., Warring States or early imperial periods). The stone itself shows natural calcified markings​ and a soft patina, resulting from prolonged burial or aging—key indicators of authenticity and historical significance for archaic jades.
