薛肇兴是中国当代知名的山水画大家，为张大千、张善孖的亲传弟子，是大风堂画派的重要传承者，在国画领域尤其是山水画、虎题材创作上有着突出成就。他是大风堂入室弟子，曾居张大千师府三年获亲授，系统继承了大风堂的绘画技法与艺术理念，也是张大千艺术馆馆长、大风堂书画研究会副主席，是大风堂画派的核心传承人物之一。其书法作品异常稀少，具有很高的收藏价值和增值空间，值得收藏。Xue Zhaoxing is a well-known landscape painter in contemporary China. He is a direct disciple of Zhang Daqian and Zhang Shanyu, and is an important inheritor of the Da Feng Tang School of painting. He has outstanding achievements in the field of Chinese painting, especially in the creation of landscape paintings and tiger themes. He is an in-house disciple of the Great Wind Hall, who lived in Zhang Daqian's residence for three years and received direct instruction.
